Deposit Required:

 

50% of the booking fee will be required within 7 days of booking to secure dates.  If no deposit received, the dates with be re-released back to the public.

If booking after 31 July, then full payment will be required within 14 days to secure dates.

 

Balance of Payment:

 

Balance of payment is due 1 July.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

• Full refund of deposit or moneys paid for cancellation only applies if booking cancelled prior to 1 July of the booking year.

• Refunds after July 31 can be obtained on a prorata basis e.g. if the room gets rebooked for your full dates, then we can refund.  If its a partial booking, then a partial refund can be given.   This is because bookings are slow to come in after July.

• We suggest holiday insurance to cover any issues that may arise.

• Refunds will be less associated bank fees should they apply.
