A complimentary, western continental breakfast is provided.

 

For lunch and dinner, although there are plenty of dining options a short stroll from the lodge and on mountain restaurants, guests are welcome to make use of our fully equipped, self catering, communal kitchen.

You are provided with a cupboard and a shelf in the fridge for your use.

There is a reasonable size supermarket just a 15 minute taxi ride away (near Myoko Kogen train station).

You can also pick up some very basic groceries from Japanese oriented convenience stores in our village (Akakura Onsen) which are within walking distance of the lodge.  ​Great for families on a budget, guests with dietary requirements*  or just when you feel like eating your own home cooked meals. 

*Note: Japan allows many foods into the country which is great for people with dietary requirements.

Please check with immigration regulations in Japan prior to bringing.  Japan does not have a huge understanding of  gluten and vegan diets.
